Devin works closely with the systems and strategy side of his wife Melanie Duncan, Amy Porterfield, and Todd Herman.

"Webinars in all of our businesses and promotional strategies are a key element.  We don’t do a promotion without doing a webinar."

Automated webinars are used in the business every day in some level in the sales funnel. Auto-webinars are responsible to bring in $15K-$20k per day in sales. Devin has it dialed in:  the right offer / right time / right person. All fueled by EasyWebinar.

Webinar Tip #1 - The most important metric we track is how much time in hours is it going to take from the non-duplicatable person, [ Amy / Melanie / Todd ], and how much revenue with we generate from the webinar.

Webinar Tip #2 - Always start with live webinars.  Test different webinar scripts, pitches and offers. Use the questions from the audience to get it dialed in before you start using automated webinars on that product line.

"We are currently running webinars for 5 different products. We use automated webinars are in all 3 stages of the funnel top, middle, and bottom."

Even if you only have one person on your webinar it is a great opportunity to do research on what works.

Live webinars help you know the pain points and objections.  Dial those in. When you create your automated webinar answer the objections there.

Webinar Tip #3 - Set up an automated webinar during live launch for countries outside the U.S.  For example Australia and UK customers would have to join you at 2 or 3 in the morning. This makes it easier to do business with you.

Webinar Tip #4 - if you create a live webinar that will later become an automated you need to leave out time of day and date comments that are not evergreen.  You might also say - "We may not get to your question or chat now - but someone will be getting with you."  Only answer questions in the chat that apply to the group and will help conversions. Leave the rest to individual replies.

if you have a large ticket item that converts well you will want to have a person staffing the chat for sales objections. Apply your resources to the webinars that yield higher profit conversions.

Webinar Tip #5 - On big ticket items that are $1,000 and over use automation systems like Infusionsoft. It is easy to trigger a sales team follow up with attendees after the sale to ensure consumption. Ask for a phone number on the thank you page - "Do you want a follow up call?".

Webinar Tip #6 - Try different scheduling times and watch your conversion metrics. It is best to not schedule for now or today.  Next day scheduling allows you to send emails out before they attend the webinar. Frame the mindset and let them get to know you.

1pm Eastern - 7pm Eastern - best times and highest conversions in your webinars. Also use Wednesday and Thursday for live webinars for best results. Automated webinars can be 7 days a week but you will see drop offs Friday through Sunday.
